1. Browse the shop for what you need

Visit our hire shop to see what is available. If you need pictures, open up the full product page where you will find a gallery of images for most things. Click the magnifying glass to get it to pop up nice and big. Then right click the image and save it.

While you’re on the page, just check your event/shoot dates on the calendar to make sure it is available for you.

2. Book what you need for when you need

Visit our hire shop and add the items you want to your cart. Be sure to set the “start date” as the day you wish to collect. Your hire fee will be automatically calculated as you add items so you will always know where you stand with your budget.

When you have everything in your cart, checkout like you would from any other online shop. You will immediately get emailed an order confirmation with all your order details (& we get it too:).

You can either make payment of the hire fees via EFT (details will be in your order) or you will have to bring cash when you come to…

3. Collect your items

You come round to our premises in Orchards, JHB, on the day you booked and collect the items that you reserved.

Please note that the full hire must be paid BEFORE anything will be released.

4. Return the items

You return the items to our premises in Orchards, JHB, in the same condition you received them.

Any items that are damaged will have to be paid for, at the listed replacement value, within 7 days.

FAQ

How does pricing work?

The price you see is the rental cost (per item) for a 1 week period.

What is your basic rental period?

Any/all items are rented for a week (7 days) only. 

You book the items for the date you want to collect them. You can then return them any time during the next week.

What happens if I return the items late?
If you return any items late, you will get charged another week’s rental. Even if you are only 1 day late, our basic rental period is a week and that is what you will be charged.
What happens if anything is broken or damaged?

You will be charged the full replacement value for any item returned in a broken or damaged condition. The replacement value for all items is available on each product listing.

How do I make a booking?
Simply browse our shop to see what is available. If you find something you like, select the date you want to collect it. Change the quantity of items, if applicable, and click on “BOOK NOW” to add the item(s) to your cart. When you have everything in your cart, simply check out the same way you would from any online shop.

After ordering, you will get an immediate order confirmation email (& so will we).
